The 650 5th Settlement Trust was established following a federal judgment in the matter of In re 650 Fifth Avenue & Related Properties, 08-cv-10934 (S.D.N.Y.), which in turn led to a settlement agreement. This website serves as the official portal for eligible claimants to securely access information and manage the Trust’s settlement disbursement process.
As the court-appointed Trust Administrator, Epiq Systems Inc. is responsible for facilitating payments from the Trust on behalf of the court-appointed Trustee. If you are a recognized Judgment Creditor you may be entitled to a distribution under the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Release, approved by the court on January 17, 2025.
